If you are not in Turkey
Just tell us the address and who holds the key. We coordinate access, do the work, and send you photos and a written report. We can invoice you or your management company directly, and take payment by bank transfer or card link.
Call-out fee and surveys
For repairs and small jobs our call-out fee is ₺1,000. If we do the work, it is deducted from the labour cost; you only pay it if we come out and you decide not to go ahead.
Surveys are free for rewiring, villa maintenance and commercial work. We come out, measure the existing installation and give you an itemised written quote. There is no obligation — the quote is yours to keep.
