Kuşadası Elektrik Ustası is a Kusadasi-based electrical company working with homeowners, villa and site management companies, hotels and businesses. Our team is certified, and we work with test instruments and written prices.
Why we work this way
The three things people complain about most with electrical work are the same everywhere: the electrician who does not turn up, the price that changes afterwards, and the repeat visits because the actual fault was never found. We treat all three as a question of method rather than luck.
We arrive when we say we will, and call you if we are running late. We tell you the price before starting and do nothing without your approval. And we locate faults by measuring — clamp meter, leakage analyser, insulation tester — rather than swapping parts until something works.
Working with owners who live abroad
A large part of our work is for people who are not in Turkey. We arrange access with your neighbour, key holder, letting agent or site manager, carry out the work, and send you a written report with before-and-after photos. Everything is handled in English, and we can invoice your management company directly if that is easier.
What we will not do
If a problem falls outside what we do — an appliance fault, for instance, or work outside our expertise — we will tell you honestly and point you towards the right person. We also decline any request involving meter tampering or work that does not meet regulations.
